With over 38 years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from LeTourneau University

and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA, further strengthening her ability to lead at the highest levels. She is a Certified Chaplain, Administrative Coach, Christian Counselor, Motivational Speaker, and Author, equipping leaders with the tools, systems, and structures necessary to sustain excellence in leadership and administration. Kimberly serves as the Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Operations Committee, Board Member, and Trustee with Energy Capital Credit Union, where she oversees high-level governance and strategic decision-making. As the Founder & CEO of Consulting and Coaching with a Kingdom Perspective, L.L.C., she specializes in designing scalable dministrative infrastructures, leadership frameworks, and customized success strategies that empower organizations to thrive.

With a ministry tenure spanning over 30 years, Kimberly serves as an Ordained Elder and Chief Administrative Officer of Believer’s Empowerment Church, where she leads with precision, strategy, and Kingdom excellence. As the Executive Administrator to Bishop Connie Stewart, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission, vision, and organizational effectiveness of the ministry.

Kimberly’s greatest joy is her family—celebrating 25 years of marriage to Donald, affectionately known as Coach Carter, and being a devoted

mother to Sydnee and Kenton, two trailblazers in education and entrepreneurship.
